HICOM 150E

The HICOM 150E is an Electronic, Digital, Stored Programme Controlled system. It employs Time Division Multiplexing to establish connections and A Law Pulse Code Modulation for local voice transmission.

The HICOM 150E provides both Analogue and Digital (ISDN 30, ISDN 2 and DASS 2) compatibility and an innovative user interface . Analogue connection is from the NTP to the MDF via strips connection 237A. ISDN connection is via a supplied lead which consists of an RJ45 (8 pin) plug. For DASS2, connection is made using two 75 ohm coaxial BNC connectors via the EDG box to the HICOM 150E.
